Shipping and return
Any order placed before 3:30 PM will be delivered the next day (if a business day), except for items marked in the catalog. For shipments abroad (Belgium, France, Germany), delivery times are 3 to 5 days (depending on the final destination).
If the product does not meet your expectations or is not in accordance with your order, you have 3 days from the delivery date to return it, with the exception of license plates or any other personalized item (keychain engraving, anniversary plates, etc.). In this case, the return shipping costs will be at your expense. Please contact us by email, phone, or fax before returning the item. Regardless of the product being returned, it will not be accepted without prior communication.
The returned product and its packaging must be in perfect condition (without scratches or other damage) and include all documentation relating to the product as well as its accessories. Once received and verified, we will send you a credit for the price of the item.
